Now that that's out of the way...

This is Adhra, my character for 's new TLK roleplaying group (go check out the rules and make a character, this is literally AWESOME)!

Physical Description:

Adhra is a stocky lioness of medium height. Her pelt is a caramel/tan mix and her underbelly is a creamy beige. She has a dark brown Pridelander nose (with a nose gradient the same colour as her underbelly) and her tail/inner ears are a dark shade of tan. Her eye "whites" are a vibrant yellow and her irises are scarlet red. The muscle in Adhra's body is placed mostly in her forearms and shoulders, and she has a small scar on the left side of her muzzle.

Personality:

Adhra is a wise and sensible lioness. She is kind, polite and places high value on family and tradition. She is highly intelligent and articulate, and is unafraid of voicing her opinion. Adhra is a stubborn lioness who will stand firmly by what she believes to be just and fair; she will do her utmost to ensure that bad behavior is punished accordingly, including lobbying the King and Queen (which can be very annoying because she's quite persistent). Throughout her life, she has received praise from her parents and elders for being so sensible, and has been moaned at by her peers for being "boring" and "lame". She's not the most fun lioness to be around, but when council is needed, Adhra is a good one to go to for advice.

Character History:

Adhra was born to a low ranking female and a rogue male, both of whom loved her dearly. Her mother, Uzuri, stressed to her the importance of family, tradition and equality, and her father, Enzi, did all he could to ensure that his daughter was able to cope independently of others. Both parents were able to dedicate most of their time to Adhra, and so she grew up in the company of adults as opposed to other cubs. As a result of her sensible nature, the young lioness was deemed "boring" by her peers and was rarely invited to be with them.

Now, she dedicates her life to her Pride and spends the majority of her time watching what others are doing; if someone does something wrong, Adhra is usually one of the first to call them out on it. She sometimes likes to spend time with the cubs of the Pride, but she's not too good at entertaining and often bores them half to death with her unwillingness to explore or cause mischief.

Her scar, located just above her nose, was gained when her mother had to pick a thorn out of the area; she'd been clumsy, and had accidentally caught her daughter's face with her unsheathed claw.
